PhotoWala provides a digital catalog image generation service delivered via WhatsApp. Since our service involves instant digital delivery, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Digital Service — No Refund After Delivery
Since PhotoWala delivers digital images instantly after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the catalog photos have been delivered to your WhatsApp.
This is because:
- The service is consumed immediately upon delivery
- Digital images cannot be "returned" once received
- Generation costs are incurred at time of delivery
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Images not delivered — You paid but did not receive your 4 catalog photos within 30 minutes
- Technical failure — Our system failed and delivered 0 images after successful payment
- Duplicate payment — You were charged twice for the same order
- Wrong amount charged — You were charged more than the displayed price

When We Do Not Refund
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Images were delivered successfully but you changed your mind
- You are unhappy with the style or aesthetic of generated images (this is subjective)
- You sent a low quality or unclear product photo — please send clear photos for best results
- You ordered by mistake after images were already generated
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp
